The Townhouse is fully furnished with secured private entrance, a private balcony to enjoy a BBQ feast and secured LUG.

The Townhouse is large enough to accommodate a family of 6, with Rosebud beach just a 5 min drive away !

All BED LINEN and BATH TOWELS are supplied in the cost of the stay.

One Baby Portacot is also available. Portacot Bed Linen Is Not Provided.

It was very good experience
We went over Easter break and stayed for 3 days, and it was great experience. There were few things would have made the experience more memorable like if it would have mentioned that kitchen and all rooms on the first floor, and cooling / heating option is only available on the lounge area, and no internet in this property. Portable heaters were provided promptly when I asked. The response and the service was awesome, and the location is very suitable with nearby Rosebud, Arthur Seat, Rye and Sorrento so it was very convenient for us to roam around.

3 night summer stay
We spent 3 nights staying at this townhouse for a beach holiday with kids. Location is suburban with a short drive to McRae and Rosebud beaches aswell as supermarket. Not quite walking distance. The townhouse was reasonably new and spacious . A few very minor cleaning issues to the bathroom floor and the bins were a little complicated. Having WiFi and better pillows could be an improvement as-well as basic coffee facilities such as a plunger and more tea towels would be good . The showers also could do with a shower shelf. Overall very good value for its size and quality. The host was a very good communicator and helped quickly with website issues.

Great Location close to everything.
We had a lovely stay at Rosebud & it was easy to get around to beach, wineries, shops etc. The only improvement could be a heater in the rooms downstairs as it was a little chilly in winter. Other that than would highly recommend.

Comfortable, secure and clean place to stay.
Great place to stay for a family wedding in Red Hill only 15min drive away. Open living area and separate bathrooms, ensuite to upstairs bedroom, perfect for two couples with plenty of space. Extra bedroom downstairs not used. Heating on a cold day worked well, close to shops and short stroll to Rosebud beach front. Only one spoon provided in the cutlery drawer and no dishcloth for washing up which was disappointing. Also expected to find a hairdryer in the bathroom but none provided so had to buy one from shops at the last minute.

Cozy and perfect location
The property was in the perfect location close to shops and the beach. Very cozy and everything was clean and neat. Only issue we had is that the oven did not work although this was only a minor inconvenience for us. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Rosebud Town House
This town house was a perfect house for our beach getaway. It was not only well situated close to the shops and beach but it was also very clean and spacious. We would definitely recommend the house for large families or groups.

Great location, great property
The property is far enough from the beach and shops to be quiet and close enough to walk. The place is very well furnished and clean. My only suggestion would be a shelf in each of the showers as there's no place to put soap/shampoo & the bedrooms would need fans on very hot nights. Otherwise, it is an excellent place for a holiday!
