"I would like to say that based on the comments I expected worse, but actually the place is very good. The staff is very nice, the room is clean (it might need more deep cleaning like the lamps) but based on what the cost is, it's good bargain. The only thing that might be considered a negative to some people is the smell of smoke, but that's just the culture in Türkiye, smoking is everywhere you go. I would definitely recommend Nil Otel if you're staying in Konya for short time."

"The hotel was really nice in general, rather a motel. The town around the hotel is “in the middle of nowhere “so this hotel makes a good staging post on your travel. Breakfast was quite varied although probably not to English taste. Dinner was very limited. Other than at Reception, no English was spoken. The communication in the dining room was a problem. "Every floor had a unique theme. You are welcomed with a free coffee at the adjoining cafe and a gift of lavender oil. The staff helped me with tickets and restaurant recommendations. They had a complimentary mini bar. The rooms were bright and spacious and comfortable. The location was about 200 from the Mevlana museum and offered stellar views from their rooftop terrace. It's probably the coolest boutique hotel I have stayed at."
