Considering the price of the hotel, I would give it a 5 star review. However, there are other things to consider. While I wouldn't characterize the area around the hotel as unsafe, I would definitely say it's dirty. Not the hotel's fault, but just an observation. My bedroom window would not close properly, which is a safety concern. It would be very difficult for somebody to break in considering the size of the opening & the fact that I was located on the third floor of the property, but still worth mentioning. I appreciated the effort put into the decor of the place. I stayed during Dia de Los Muertos season, so they had great decorations and altars. The guy at the front desk wasn't the kindest, but can't expect a whole lot considering what I paid.

Small windows to open and NO AIR CONDITIONING. It was VERY hot and no air flow. The night was stifling and nearly wanted to checkout on our first night and go elsewhere. Paid a 200 peso ($12) deposit to borrow a fan. It helped but don’t sleep here if air conditioning is a necessity.

Buena ubicación y buena aclimatación. Solo le doy 4 estrellas porque unos días el desayuno si incluía fruta, otros no, todo muy confuso. Y porque el cuarto me pareció un poquiiito sucio.

No contaban con aire. Ni ventilador un calor insoportable tenía que abrir la ventana la cual era muy pequeña y los zancudos ni les comento Escudados flojos no estaban fijados. Falta de agua para bañar

Muy buen lugar para hospedarse dentro de la zona Buenavista, tienes cerca mucho transporte público y zonas de interés ya sea Reforma, Centro Histórico, etc. Servicio muy amable y atento, inmueble cómodo y tranquilo, lo recomiendo calidad/precio!

Me pareció buena la ubicación, metro. cerca, zona centrica accesible, para lo que es, descansar y bañarse. Llegamos dos horas antes del check in y pudimos entrar a la habitación un poco mas temprano para poder descansar. El personal muy amable. Solo hubieron dos detalles el primero es que no había aire acondicionado o ventilador, pero lo bueno es que no sufrimos con el calor pues no estábamos en prácticamente todo el dia y por las noches pues refrescaba y se podia dormir sin ningún problema. El otro fue que los pdos primeros dias no nos pusieron shampoo o jabon de baño, tuvimos que comprar, pero nada del otro mundo, Creo que para lo esencial esta bien y hay lugares cerca para desayunar algo rapido o cenarte unos taquitos por la noche.

Empezando con lo decente, es la ubicación está cerca del metrobús y del metro entonces eso está excelente. Fuera de ahí los cuartos están viejos, toallas muyyy usadas y viejas al igual que las sábanas. El calor fue lo peor, no hay clima ni siquiera un ventilador para que circule el aire. Tiene una mini ventana, por la cual medio entra algo de aire pero no es suficiente y luego me picaron los mosquitos en la noche. De verdad no fue muy bueno para dormir que es para lo que realmente ocupas un hotel, para llegar y descansar. Pero bueno por el precio de verdad no sé si se pueda escoger algo mejor.

Me gustó la estancia , solo que había calor deberían contar con ventiladores , así mismo el ruido de las demás habitaciones es notable. No cuentan con plancha y secadora , en cuanto al servicio el personal es amable y servicial.
