They have so many workers trying to make you happy - crazy like 1 employee per 2 guests! Cons: 1. Far from airport (1.5 hour) without any hotel shuttle so you have to either rent a car or get taxi or call hotel to get transportation ($180 each way). We rented car with full insurance ($600). The resort is very large, so eventhough it might be busy and sold out, there is plenty of space for everybdoy. The lazy river is great.
