"Everything was great the only issue was housekeeping did not clean the room or replace the toilet paper clean the coffee cups and the coffee machine didn’t work. Spoke to reception and they did follow up the following day with better service "

"For the price and location of this hotel, you can’t go wrong. Very close to the Duomo and public transportation. Room was nice and kept but showing its age. Some bad spots in the bathroom as far as run down equipment but serviceable. I would stay again happily. "
