"Our stay here was wonderful. They upgraded us to a corner suite for my birthday and the staff were friendly and helpful. Location was fantastic you could walk to the Duomo and shopping the metro was on the corner and options for their trolly too. Definitely would come back and/or recommend friends to stay here. "

"Nice historical building and close to central. We had couple of issues: The internet wasn’t working and the TV was only in Italian. On the second night there was a cleaning happening in the rooms above us at 1AM!!!! Loud hoover and ppl talking/ walking. We were not able to go sleep till 3am. We stayed in many hotels but never been kept awake by the cleaning at night!"
