"My friends and I attempted to stay here for one night. As we went to go to bed, we realized two beds had dirty sheets. We left and went to a hotel right away to selep. I messaged the host immediately and he responded quickly and kindly. We got a refund and he was very apologetic. The only downfall is the parking situation. You have to do a 3 point turn to get out of the parking space. It is on an intersection and the smaller the car, the better."

"The location was perfect for our trip. We spent quite a bit of time on campus and it was an easy drive to downtown. As well, great neighborhood area for a run! Was able to run to the stadium and back. But, be forewarned - lots of hills in Ann Arbor (if you’re a runner!) "

"My daughter and I arrived to find that one of the beds had not been made, and there was only one roll of toilet paper for 2 bathrooms. A book with information about the residence ( Wi-Fi password, TV instructions, how to use the gas stove, etc.) would have been most helpful. The kitchen had an abundance of casserole dishes but no skillet or other useful pans. The location was in a beautiful, walkable neighborhood."

"Communication with the host was superb. Spacious interior with good sized rooms and just enough beds for our extended family. The outdoor activities kept 9 teens/pre-teens occupied and they throughly enjoyed the lake. Would highly recommend this VRBO."

"Tia and Mike were easy to reach when we had questions. There are 4 bedrooms (1. queen, 2. queen with a futon, 3. single over double bunk, 4. queen bed with 2 couches in the basement) and 2 extra cots, and 4 full bathrooms, which was so nice for our extended family of 11. There were extra linens - sheets, blankets and towels. The kitchen had pretty much everything we needed: dishes, glasses, pots, pans, utensils, even full ice cube trays. "The house was warm and comfy. Carlos was very responsive to the minor issues we had, but unfortunately one of the toilets stopped working. He had it fixed within 24 hours. Lovely hot tub, nice beds and nice linens."

"This home location was close to shopping and restaurants. This home was clean, the beds comfortable and plenty of room for our large family. The futons in the 2 rooms were perfect for our toddler grandchildren and the bedrooms accommodated a pack n play with plenty of room. We appreciated the high chair seat.
