"Check-in was not good. Our room was not ready when we arrived at 3:30 even we had reservations. We were told to come back in 45-50 minutes. When we did get to our room the key cards wouldn’t work so we had to go back to the front desk. On the second day of our stay, our room was never attended to. We had to go to the front desk to ask for fresh towels and toilet paper. While at the front desk, another person was also asking for clean towels since her room had not been attended to either. ...

"Check in was quick and easy. Room was nice. Location was great. Only had one small garbage can in the bathroom and there was garbage from previous guest still in the can. Was in the suite with two people registered. There was only one was cloth and towel in the bathroom when we checked in. Sheets did not fit mattress well. With any movement in the bed the sheets came off the mattress"
