"Beautiful hotel! Excellent location to walk everywhere. Room was quiet and the AC was fantastic. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend. Wish our trip was longer to take advantage of the shopping in the area! Highly recommend."
"A fantastic hotel in the heart of Madrid. The breakfast was delicious and full of variety. The rooms were beautiful and spacious with wonderful air conditioning. One evening was a little noisy courtesy of a large family on the hall - hopefully in the future the staff will curtail this type of behavior. However, overall, a wonderful stay and we can't wait to return!"
"We had a fantastic week-long stay at Hotel Regina. The staff were all very friendly and kind, the rooms and common areas were very clean and well taken care of, the breakfasts were delicious and had a great selection, and when we had a slight problem with our room we were kindly offered an upgraded room.
There was something wrong with the A/C in our room making the air have a bad smell, but once brought to the staffs attention we were given a free upgrade to a room with the best view available.
The only bad thing I can say about the hotel is that the layout is slightly confusing at first, given that the floors are half-floors (there is Floor 1, go up half a flight of stairs and there more Floor 1, go up another half flight of stairs and there is Floor 2, go up another half flight of stairs and there is more Floor 2, and so on). Once we got used to it, it was perfectly fine.
We would highly recommend this hotel."
"Nos encantó nuestra estadía y el hotel está nuevo, con supermercados cerca, así cómo el Metro y buses. Lo único que no nos gustó fue el trato en el bar del hotel. Uno de los bartenders parecía como si no quería servirnos. Fur sumamente desagradable. Fuera de esto, recibimos muy buen trato. "
"Perfect hotel for a stay in Madrid. Right in the middle of everything. Everyone was super friendly and the room are very cozy, clean and modern. Every morning you have a bag with baked goods and the coffee station on top floor is great too. Don’t forget to check the little terrace especially at sunset. "
