"The stay was very nice and communication with the host was easy and quick. The hot tub on the roof was our favorite part but we loved how everyone had their own rooms and bathrooms. It was spacious and clean. It was also close to downtown which was even better! "

"We LOVED the location. It was quiet, yet close to Broadway and many other attractions. It was clean and It accommodated 18 adult ladies. Joe was also very responsive when needed. Would definitely stay again!"

"This house was perfect for multiple couples! Each bedroom has its own bathroom! We also liked the open concept of the kitchen… living room… and dining room. It was big enough for everyone to hang out in! The rooftop was pretty awesome as well! You definitely have to Uber to Broadway, but there are some fun restaurants and breweries around the house! I would highly recommend this place!!!"

"Stayed for 3+ weeks and worked remotely. Very comfortable for us and our 2 dogs (fenced backyard!). House had everything we needed for our extended stay. Location was ideal - all the restaurants and bars we wanted to visit were within a mile of the house. Covered porch was our favorite hangout place and we even had a private concert from there when a neighbor had a party with a live band across the street. "

"Close to many walkable restaurants. Quick uber ride anywhere else. Fully stocked kitchen and laundry. Owner responds quickly. This was our second time staying here."

"Had a lovey stay in Nashville at this rental. Plenty of space and amenities including a roof top patio, flat screen TVs with plenty of space to spread out among the three floors. Broadway a short Uber ride and airport within 30 min drive with some traffic. Mary was super easy to get a hold of and very helpful and accommodating. Hope to go back. "

"The pool was the highlight for our group of 12. During the day, we used it to cool off, and at night, we heated it up to use as a massive 18-foot hot tub that comfortably fit a majority of our group. The fire pit added to the ambiance while we cooked dinner on the grill, making the evenings even more special. The house itself is huge and incredibly spacious, with two living rooms for everyone to hang out in. The first living room is conveniently located next to the kitchen on the 1st floor,...

"The house was beautiful and very clean. Location was in a quiet neighborhood and easy to get to everything. Overall stay was great except there was no internet or WiFi. Think they were in the process of installing. A block down is a wonderful place called the Grill Shack. It has great hamburgers, wings, etc and the French fries are to die for. Would not hesitate to stay in the house again or eat at the Geill Shack"

"Easy to check in and out. Supplies were adequate to arrive from the airport without having to stock a full property and it was clean. Would definitely stay again. Lots of stairs but that was also expected. "
