With six bedrooms and five bathrooms, Northleigh House offers spacious accommodation in a prime location close to Parklands and Furzton Lakes, boasting open scenic views and a peaceful area for residents to enjoy. Fishing is also permitted.

All six bedrooms are beautifully appointed with a TV, ample fitted wardrobe and storage cupboards. For the utmost privacy, each bedroom is lockable.

Four bedrooms have shower en-suites, including a toilet and hand basin, and the remaining two double bedrooms share the family bathroom with a bath and shower on the first floor. There is a separate cloakroom on the ground floor.

A fully fitted kitchen offers full-sized appliances, including three fridges and freezers, a double oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and all crockery and cutlery are provided. The utility room has a washer/dryer and leads to the private rear garden.

The spacious lounge has dual aspects over the front of the house and the rear garden. The lounge has a large flat-screen TV, comfy sofas and a dining area seating six. For entertainment and inclusive of the rental, you can view the ultimate Sky bundle, including sports and movies. Super fast broadband is accessed throughout the house.

Our weekly housekeeping team visits the property to refresh all the bed linen and towels and to carry out general cleaning.

With such spacious accommodation, Northleigh House is perfect for group accommodation, contract workers and families relocating to the area.
