"This property was beautiful and the onsens were amazing. We loved that the baths were private so that our children could use them as well. We had dinner at the property and it was delicious and quite a treat. Anyone planning to stay should know that this property is not very walkable. It is not only further away than other properties, it is on a hillside. We utilized taxis a great deal. This property was also not clean. There was mold growing on the walls and bugs (mosquitos?) smashed...

"The service was exceptional as were the dinners and breakfasts. The insensitive were are well equipped and relaxing after a day of exploring. The property is a short walk from the rope way. The only reason I didn’t give this property a five star is that is is old and in need of renovations ( peeling linoleum and water (?) stains in the toilet area. "

"Computerized check in and check out is not bad but also not personalised. Breakfast service is a joke. Food is so limited only a bowl of rice and a little of preserved veggy.. it is so mean. The laundry service is good although a little pricy. One step washing and drying, 500 yen for two hours finishing. And you can check the laundry condition from your room TV. Very convenient."

"The bathroom that is separated from the toilet has lots of natural light and wonderful view. The room is spacious and clean. Good value for the prince. The breakfast buffet was great but it would have been nicer if they also serve simple dinners besides reservation only, pricy buffet dinner since there is no dining options nearby. Taxi costs about 1800 yen and the bus schedule is limited both local and shuttle bus. "

"This place is the best! My husband and I wanted to visit Hakone for an day and I’m so glad I found this spot—close to the train station (we walked)—and a gorgeous view from our room.
