"Confusing to find from Yokohama Station with the pedestrian overpasses. The front door is not easy to see from the point as there's no banner. Very friendly staff, spoke very good english. Love the amenities bar in the lobby, they had face wash, lotion, oil, bath salts, the best mouth wash, hair ties. Very cute they give you a coin for the gashapon they have in the lobby. Their lounge is great! Free drinks (coffe/tea/pop), microwave, lots of tables, and free yokohama playing cards as a souvenir!...
