"The staff at this property was amazing . It was very clean and modern . Bed was comfy for the small space it was more than enough . Able to keep suitcase under bed and shelving . Showers located on the same floor . Super clean place. Close to all shopping and all the action in shibuya . Lots of dining options . "I want to preface this review by stating this is the first hotel I stayed in during my first trip to Japan. The location is incredible especially if you have large luggage because it is very close to Shibuya Station. The entrance to the hotel was a bit hard to find because it's an elevator door and not a typical entrance. The room was a bit smaller than I expected but I think that is typical for Japan. The hotel staff was great and so helpful. I had tickets to an event sent to the hotel waiting...
