"Truly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff are friendly and make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. Impeccable service throughout our stay from everyone we had contact with. Attention to detail throughout the hotel and the little touches really made our stay. Rooms are modern and clean - we had a superior room with a jacuzzi on the balcony overlooking the forest. Food was outstanding - both breakfast and in the evening (it was so good we didn’t feel the need to venture out). The night walk was such fun. This hotel is an absolute gem. We would love to go back one day. "

"Lots of wildlife and trails on property. Close enough to everything but far enough that it’s quiet. Staff super friendly and having food available with their restaurant was a big plus. I’d stay here again if ever back in La Fortuna. "

"A beautiful mountain setting surrounded by nature and hordes of hummingbirds. We saw a trop of 15-20 Coati on the ride in one evening and dozens of hummingbirds at breakfast every morning. The staff is gracious and friendly and always willing ti held with a reservation for a local excursion to the Coffee/Chocolate Plantations or the Adventure parks in the area. our visit was truly outstanding!"

"Amazing stay from start to finish, upon check in Brain at the front desk went above and beyond to show us to our room and around the property. The hot springs were amazing after a long day of activities in town. We were able to see sloths and monkeys while at the property which was amazing. I would highly recommend staying here. "
