"Stayed for one night as part of a visit for the London marathon. Excellent hotel with friendly staff and a great breakfast. Located a couple of stops from alexanderplatz which is ideal for a quick snack or pre race pasta loading "

"It was clean and convenient and the staff were very welcoming. Breakfast was good and the bed was comfortable. But the shower was quite dated, it leaked, there were tiles missing on the floor and the floor outside the shower was buckled. The loo flush was temperamental too. Other than that, I was super grateful to have such a comfortable and safe place to stay, so near the centre of Berlin."

"We arrived early but we were allowed to checked-in which was really great. The property was very close to train stations and there’s loads of cafes and restaurants as well. It’s walkable to some of the tourist attractions."

"When I'm in Berlin, I always stay at this wonderful Hilton on Gendarmenmarkt. The staff are responsive and helpful, our room had a gorgeous view, and the pool and sauna area are such a wonderful relief after a long day of sightseeing. I also want to highlight the staff for finding an item I left behind and promptly mailing it back to me. Thanks to Hassan in housekeeping!"
