"It was horrible we checked in and they gave us a handicapped room which we did not order they said it’s with a better view wand it was with 2 single beds even though we ordered a king bed so I told them to change it and they said we have to check out the next day wait until 3pm if we wanted to change the room , the did not clean good the indoor pool and the sauna were cold the room service never answered and when we asked for 3 forks they charged us for 6 euro charge "

"The room was nice with plenty of plugs. The staff was friendly and offered options for watching the football match. The shower was small without a door so it was difficult to use. The AC was set at 17.5 but the room was very warm so we had to sleep without covers at night. There is a lot of construction in the area so it was also noisy. "
