"This property looked nothing like the posted pictures. It had a terrible odor like a port a potty. The air conditioner leaked constantly. It would soak the curtain and leave a puddle on the floor. There was mold on the ceiling of bedroom. The only coffee pot was rusty and moldy. It could not be used. The location was terrible for getting taxis. The floor was uneven and the tiles not even glued down. There was a “trap door” right in front of the kitchen sink that felt like you would fall...

"Huge apartment but not as well cared for as you would expect. 1 toilet flushed on its own every 20 minutes or so and the other one leaked after flushing. One comforter in loft was covered in stains. Not enough toilet paper provided. Zero napkins or paper towels provided - only 1 kitchen towel was provided at check in, we were told because the dishwasher was broken. Mold in the one shower. The large outdoor patio was dirty with cheap broken furniture and dying plants. It really could be so nice...

"This is a lovely apartment! Very close to train station (10 min walk) and to a bus stop (2 min walk). Also very close to historic streets and sights! It was very spacious for just us two, with a whole other bedroom and couch so we could have very comfortably had 4 people here. We stayed cool the whole time with A/C units in all the big rooms! There are many different food options around. A few inconveniences we noticed. This place had no microwave. It is on the 3rd floor with a lot of stairs...

"It was a bit difficult to locate. Its known in the area as Mondo Suites. The exact address should also be provided. The managers were both excellent, very friendly and responsive. Units are huge and 2 bathrooms and very secure parking were a PLUS. Great place to stay after arriving via air or just before leaving - 5 to 10 munutes from airport."

"This is a very spacious and well equipped property located in the old part of Naples and oozing with character . The host provided lots of useful information and was excellent at keeping in touch and very welcoming. The location involves a significant uphill walk from the bus/metro, which I was warned about, but found manageable despite by 68 yrs and average fitness. I’d be happy to stay here again."

"The apartment is located in a residential area, outside of the main tourist zone. Gianni was an excellent host, with super clear check in instructions. There is a small fruit market across the street. Restaurants and coffee shops about a 10 minute walk down the hill. Property felt very safe behind 3 locked doors/gates. Street noise more pronounced in the back bedroom, so you might need earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. We stayed 2 nights to get over jet lag, and the apartment suited our needs."
