"You can see the stratosphere from one of the rooms. About 25 minutes away from the center of the strip. It a new build neighborhood. The surrounding area isn't that great. But lots of restaurants that deliver. The house itself was amazing very clean and well laid out. I would say there again"

"This place was excellent and very convenient. About 15 mins from New Vegas and Old Vegas. Spacious rooms and bathrooms. Very cool place. Will def stay again in the future. "

"We had a great stay! The home was very clean with all that you will need for a comfortable stay. The pool, hot tub, and putting green were lots of fun. We found it helpful to have the garage to park our car. Nice quiet Green Valley neighborhood. Lou was very responsive when we wanted to add an extra day to our stay. We would definitely stay here again in the future."

"My friend and I were in Vegas for the weekend for a 2-day concert. We were told to check in after 4pm and didn’t come til midnight. The check in process was so easy that it didn’t matter. The bed is large and I was easily able to share it. The convenience of being 15-20 mins from the strip to being in a nice neighborhood is unmatched. It doesn’t even feel like i’m in someone’s backyard. Witerally perfect"

"The home was beautifully decorated. The owner thought of everything from the towel warmer, bathrobes, fully stocked kitchen and bathroom it all added a nice touch. The area was also great not too busy or congested very quiet and comforting. I will absolutely stay again. "
