"Excellent overall experience. The team at the front desk was the best I have seen for a while. Paul (sorry don't know his surname) stood out owing to his excellent communication and customer care skills. He should be treated as an asset to the organisation and asked to teach such skills at other venues too. Room was good too but a little suggestion regarding sliding doors, not the best as they always cause a little noise and slide open while in the middle of you busy doing some really important stuff!! Will plan to stay again soon. Thanks."

"Very happy with our stay at Quest Notting Hill. Clean & spacious studio apartment. Very comfortable bed. Hot shower with good water pressure & large shower head. We contemplated the Novotel & Ibis at Glen Waverley, but pleased we chose Quest @ Notting Hill."
