"We were one of two American couples staying here. Someone asked how we found this gem! It is a quiet place overlooking some of Tuscany. The room wasn't as pictured that we got, but I would guess some rooms look this way. Was still nice and had a small balcony to enjoy the beautiful view. What brought us here was the Saturnia Thermal Springs which is just 10 minutes or so away. The springs are free to the public and magnificent!! "There are no words to describe how amazing this property is! From the moment we arrived, the staff was absolutely amazing and accommodating. They greeted us by name, which was absolutely wonderful. We were given a tour of the property followed by lunch. The food at this Castello is simply divine. Everything is farm-to-table and they only use the highest of ingredients. Our rooms were also just spectacular. We stayed in the Vicario Suite, Suite Sprone & the Spa Suite. All three were amazing, however the Spa Suite was really special. The amenities in our rooms were wonderful as well. You can tell that management has thought of every last detail to make the guests stay a five star experience. This was definitely the highlight of our vacation and we cannot wait to return! "
