"People who work there were friendly and seemed to genuinely care about our visit. Beds were comfy and nice big TV that was easy to use. Premises were clean but definitely needed attention and upgrading. Breakfast was good enough. Nothing fancy but fresh. Problem with cold coffee but I believe it was a problem with the coffee brewer We were there the night of the big snowstorm and were happy to see the parking lot plowed early in the morning. "We had a great stay at the Novotel in Toronto Centre. We went to see a Raptors Game. The hotel was a short walk to the Scotiabank Centre. The room was comfortable and the way they planned the room made it feel very spacious. Loved that! The morning breakfast had so much variety. You could go for the buffet or order off the menu. The kids loved it! We would definitely stay there again! The staff was so helpful! They made us feel welcome! Thanks!"
