"My room had a bugs crawling on the pillow. I have the video and I showed the manager. I sent him the video as well as his request. He said prior moving me from my room he will send a team to make a full room investigation to see if there are more. which was fine. No one ever came. The next day I woke up with more bugs in my bed that I have squashed while sleeping."

"Booked the Royal Gold experience as a Christmas gift to ourselves. It was worth every penny. The ambiance, the facilities, the special lounge exclusively for Royal Gold clients. It was all lovely. Breakfast Was included, as well as afternoon tea, evening canapés and evening desert. There were also other bar and dining options but we never felt it necessary to partake of them.
