"Excellent reception staff, very helpful. The rooms were very spacious and modern, liked the layout of reception hall, bar and restaurant. 24 hour gym, always useful. The breakfast was good, hot and cold servings. Good value. Definitely stay here again. Keep up the good work."

"The Palazzo is a very well designed spa resort in a pretty area with excellent dining options. The staff is generally friendly and very helpful and we had excellent dinners and massages. The maitre d in the restaurant in the mornings was very good natured and helpful in providing me with take out coffee for my wife who likes to stay in bed to drink her coffee. "We always stop here when we drive to the U.K. and then home again. The hotel is easy to find, ample parking and has clean and comfortable rooms. The staff are incredibly helpful and we’ve never had a bad stay. Will be back again in a couple of months on our way home. "
