"Good, central location. Weird TV - speaker was in the bathroom and we couldn’t figure out how to change it. Had to leave the bathroom door open to hear the tv. Coffee wasn’t replenished daily. Only one package every two days. Would have loved a tub after long days walking (not just a shower). Free continental breakfast would have been nice too (for the price). But overall nice place and would it visit again."

"Location. Minutes walk away to the public transportation system. Breakfast is great. The staff are great. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Just don’t get a room in the 1st floor. The set up is so weird. We have a room in the 1st floor. To be able to get to our room, we have to go to 2nd floor from the lobby , walk around to get to another elevator or stairs , then go down to the 1st floor. If I had known about it, I should have just waited till 3pm the regular check in time instead...

"I had to walk up the stairs as I can not use the lift the staff in the stripe T Shirts where fantastic with me helping me walk up 7 flights of stairs . I did request a lower floor but they didn’t get the message . It was keeping me fit . Absolutely loved the hotel they charged £200 deposit for the family room . I did receive it back .my favourite hotel in London . Now to how I can get to the rooftop . Fantastic. "

"The staff at the Hotel were outstanding. Those who stand out are the Bar manager, the concierge, the guest check in staff. My daughter and I were staying for 3 nights, we found it necessary to change rooms. The first room they gave us had no "windows" as they were frosted over.
