"This was a great property, but it just caught me off guard that you had to specifically emphasize when booking that you wanted breakfast. I’m used to it being automatic when you book the room. Other than that, everything was great!"

"This has become my regular Hotel during my bi-annual trip to Auckland. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed. I love the location and the dining options, which are close to Britomart. My only minor complaint is that I request a room overlooking Beach Rd however I am always directed to the back of the Hotel overlooking ugly buildings. But overall this is a good Hotel in a prime location."
