"Had a wonderful time staying at The Langham Melbourne. Right when you get to the front door you're greeted by the staff. Who know your name and then bring your bags to your room. Id never experienced that before. Then you walk in and see a beautiul fountain. The gym was also great and the room had a large tv and big bar selection. A great place to stay in Melbourne Southbank!"

"Had a great stay at the Novatel. We ordered the breakfast with our package and it was well worth it. My only let down was the sleeping pillows were to soft for my liking. "

"Comfortable room size, comfy bed, could not regulate A/c, so chilled the room down then turned it off but got a bit too warm through the night. I accrued a benefit of $10 off beverage or food but the restaurant was closed in the afternoon and we checked out too early for breakfast, so it was useless, works have been better to take it off the cost of room."

"Was a nice stay just a shame that we decided to stay another night called reception to try and rebook the same room save the full cleaning and bottle of wine etc was told it would cost a lot extra then thru app due to getting an upgrade because of my expedia loyalty as we got a balcony uograde room. So booked online only to have to leave the hotel till we could check in again rebook deposit etc even after explaining. We received another bottle of wine and NOT the upgraded room. No biggie just a little meh on the radar. Or maybe it was lucky the first night. Overall nice hotel clean welcoming staff "
