"The stay was fine, upon our arrival our meeting was " fill in the form, follow the arrows to your room" What I expected was " welcome to the royal, your room is on the third floor and arrows point out the way, do you require assistance with your bags" The room was clean but the mirror was in the wrong place as there was no lights for makeup application. The hotel is under refurbishment so allowance must be made. One complaint is: we were the only guests and we went out and our room was not...
