"This property was perfect for our family! It is just minutes from the hustle and bustle of downtown Sedona, but definitely fantastic to be out of the congestion of the town and up in the mountains! The view and property was incredible! How many other locations can say they offer a private waterfall right on the premises? This would be the perfect location for a family reunion or rustic wedding as there are several cabins to rent all in a row. We loved it! "

A few things didn't work, like the arcade machine (broken joystick) and the fire place in master bedroom would start, but kept turning off. Biggest gripe though was the Internet service, speed was so slow that nothing really worked consistently.. I couldn't get any speeds over 5mbps, and that was the best-case. We didn't reach out to the owner about it while there, so maybe it was...

Everything that you need is in the cabin. Property is well Kept. Only little problem was the bedroom TV was asking to sign in to google & ask passwords. Internet in bedroom was not connecting right. But, we love to read and better excuse not having TV. Everything else was perfect. We will definitely come back. Thank you. "

"If you want a luxury hotel, this isn’t it. Expect a cabin, and you won’t be disappointed. A lot of rules to follow but I guess that comes with such an old cabin. Enjoyed how it was decorated. Wife live the comfort of the bed. Trailer homes nearby but all were very quiet. With the stream nearby, we couldn’t even hear the road. Loved the view, loved the deck!"

"Went up to flagstaff for a quick weekend trip and this cabin was perfect for our family. We traveled with a 2, 6 and 15 year old and it had plenty of space for everybody to enjoy their time. It was clean and had everything we needed. Check in and check out was a breeze and communication was quick and easy. Also loved the small touches like the fall decor. It felt so cozy! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends. "

"This home is beautiful, easy access to this home, great location although it’s a good 20 min drive to Bashas and Walmart, so plan accordingly. Comfortable beds, we did notice the faucets in the main bathroom were very wobbly, the faucet moved easily in the sink, and the toilet in the guest bathroom was wobbly also. Ceiling fans were very dusty. Good communication from the host while there. Overall a good and comfortable stay. "
