The property was great and the stay was overall pleasant, but there were multiple times were we saw nude guests and dogs around the property. I would not have brought my children if I had known, because of their dog allergies and seeing fully nude guests makes us uncomfortable. Other than that, the facilities were fine and accommodations were comfortable.

The array of geothermal pools was great. The bath house was nice. Day pass visitors seem to be the priority which makes it difficult for those staying at the resort to have access to most of the pools or seating. The staff were very nice, but there weren’t many. We had issues with our room and no one answered the guest services phone when we called. They clean the pools in the morning. They check pool temperatures throughout the day. I have additional concerns and emailed the property.

They recently reopened, so a few kinks to still work out. The landscaping has some work to be done, and the restaurant hadn't opened yet, and check-in took quite a while. Pools were great, finding a lounger was difficult during the hours the day pass people would come in.
