The Sarova Stanley

5.0 star property
9.0 out of 10, Wonderful, (685)
"Overall it was a very nice stay, excellent breakfast and very friendly staff. But three issues: 1) as per our Hotels.com booking we were to each receive one free drink per stay, but we didn’t and were never offered; 2) Amin as per Hotels.com we were to perhaps get a late checkout, but they denied our request for an extra 30 minutes; and 3) there was made available free drinking water but the bottles we basically impossible to open; I even cut my finger trying when the bottle top actually broke...

The Boma Nairobi

5.0 star property
8.6 out of 10, Excellent, (425)
"The hotel grounds were lush but the inside of the hotel was decent, and that's the perfect word to describe my overall experience at The Boma Nairobi. The food was just decent. Breakfast? For the money, it was simply "okay." Truth be told, I was disappointed with my stay. The mini fridge had leftover condensation and a bit of mold inside, which might not have been a huge issue to handle had it worked. This is a decent hotel - it's not a 5 star establishment. "
