"Great location as it’s just steps from the main Kyoto Station, Don Quiote, and Aeon Mall. Being on the south side of the station means a bit less hussle and bussle, easier to access. It is much quieter and less foot traffic. The room was very clean and spacious for our family. Multiple floors for laundry was a definite great add-on for us (and even a tv channel dedicated to monitoring the laundry machines vacancy). Definitly recommend and would stay again in the future."

"Fantastic hotel. Would absolutely stay here again! The little treats like the coffee beans (very good, by the way) and dashi were so thoughtful! We also loved that so many meals and snacks were included, not to mention the lounge area with the teas, juices, and ice creams. The onsen was amazing and a great for a beginner like me. There were very few people when I went and it felt safe and private. The breakfast was very good and staff friendly. Like I said, I would stay here again! (They had also given us vouchers for a souvenir, but unfortunately we forgot to get them!)"

"The bakery and restaurant was one of the highlights of the hotel. Literally the best sourdough I've ever had at this hotel. The bathroom was also one of the nicest bathrooms I've ever had in a hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the hotel's location was only 0.25 miles from the nearest transit station. "

We considered day tripping to Osaka just to stay there longer. But alas 3 nights was all we could manage on this trip but we will be back! "
