"We loved having the beautiful green space to enjoy the water view. The condition of the room was not good. Some doors couldn't be locked. Some windows couldn't be opened. We communicated this to the person on staff. She never showed she was very interested in helping. A security guy was there and got involved. No AC so opening doors and windows was important. Person on staff both days we were there seemed to not care at all about our experience and needs. Wouldn't stay there again. "

"This is a very nice condo. There was a small issue that was dealt with right away. This is not oceanfront as stated in the title however it is an easy walk to the great Napili beach. The area outside the sliding door is very pretty and has sweet birds on the lawn... nice to wake up to their sounds! "We enjoyed our stay right on the coast in Ko Olina. The view from the balcony was so beautiful! The condo was nice and we appreciated the A/C. The beds were comfortable and parking was never an issue. We didn't know until after we'd booked that 6 adults would need to shower with only a 30 gal water heater. You can work around it, but not when you've spent the day outside and everyone wants to clean up for dinner. It's a minor irritation in an otherwise beautiful property. "

"The condo is small, but nice. The best part of the condo really is the amazing views right from the balcony. We saw so many whales! We did wish that the couch and TV were reversed, as your view of the ocean from the couch is blocked from the trees, but not a huge deal.We snorkeled right in front of the condo and saw tons of fish, an eel, lots of turtles and many whales in the distance. "Overall excellent place. Right on the ocean. We enjoyed doing Yoga in the morning and see the sea turtles come up and tumble in the waves. Close to many near beaches and places. It really was a wonderful get away for us. The fridge was a bit dirty when we arrived. There was also a dead roach in the bathroom upstairs. I guess you get that in tropical areas. "We absolutely loved our stay here and would recommend it to anyone. The moment you walk in the door and see those floor to ceiling windows with the incredible ocean view takes your breath away.
