Brand new condominium in the heart of Nashville! ONE MILE FROM DOWNTOWN BROADWAY! Situated between beautiful Germantown and Downtown Nashville, this lovely 2 Bedroom/ 2 Bath condo is an inexpensive ride-share from Nashville best attractions. The condo is minutes from Nissan Stadium, Bridgestone Arena, Ascend Amphitheater, and The Ryman Auditorium. This is truly a prime location for the Nashville experience.

The Space:
- The Charlesville is located 1 mile from Downtown Lower Broadway, and 9.5 miles from Nashville International Airport (BNA).
- The 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit has 1 queen sized bed in each bedroom as well as a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room.
- The kitchen is fully outfitted with stove and oven, microwave, regular coffee pot & toaster. We do provide some coffee, sugar, and creamer.
- There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience.
- Each unit includes one free parking space in our parking garage.
- There is a nearby active commercial rail line with noise abatement regulations in place.

One parking spot is permitted per rental in the parking garage. Parking passes are provided upon arrival. Only one permit will be provided, there are no additional spots, and there are no exceptions. Please plan accordingly. An elevator is on site and two stairwells are accessible. An elevator code, and a keyless door entry code will be provided to you 2 days prior to arrival.

Long weekend in Nashville
Super convenient, parking included, clean and roomy for our family of 4 to enjoy a long weekend in Nashville. We hit all the kid friendly sites, even ones on Broadway (daytime!), the science center and zoo. All easy drives or uber rides and we could walk to a few restaurants for breakfast and dinner. I did see comments about the trains, which didn’t bother me personally but they are close. Very easy check in and out, stocked kitchen and bathroom/bedroom linens.

Nice clean newer property. Great parking.
Great parking in covered, open garage. Train runs partly along the property. The 2 beds are twins, which was fine for us, because it was 2 grown adults and we both had our own bedroom suite!! Not sure why at least 1 wasn’t a queen, at least?

Location was a bit further from downtown than we expected, but we could walk it without issue. Everything was well maintained and very clean. The only negative was the proximity to the freight trains, that run several times a night.

Road Trip to Nashville
This apartment was perfect for our stay in Nashville. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. We really appreciated being able to park our car in a safe space. It was an easy walk to Broadway and the Tennessee State Museum, Capitol Building, and the Farmer's Market. Two things to be aware of. There is a railway line right outside the window and the freight trains due run throughout the day and night. And while there is space to sleep for 6, there is one well-equipped bathroom accessible through one of the bedrooms. Just food for thought when booking your stay. We were VERY HAPPY with the space and with our stay in Nashville. Thank you to Nate for hosting us.

We honestly had little problems at this location, aside from parking in garage, as it tended to be very full. Also a few of us were allergic to bees and wasps and when we reported an issue with a wasps nest the owner came out an removed the nest but didn't seem to spray and the wasps came right back trying to find their home or make another, which was disappointing because we could not use the patio, tho we don't blame the owner as he is not an extrerminator, and may not have known this wasn't the right solution. We would honestly stay again.

The unit was great!! Very spacious and well stocked (I love that there was even coffee and creamer). It was only about a 15 minute walk to Broadway and it was a pretty straight shot. There was a ton of stuff to do around the unit as well. Will definitely stay here again!

We loved the condo! It was exactly as expected and within a mile from Broadway which was perfect for us. The communication was poor, unfortunately. I had to message twice to get a response weeks ahead of time when asking a question and then I never received a response when messaging the night before check-in and again the morning of to ask about early check-in prior to arrival due to having a concert to get ready for. I ended up messaging the lady that sent me the codes for check-in and she communicated with the property owner to get an answer for us!

This was a perfect location for us. Easy walk to Brooklyn Bowl for a concert as well as downtown to Broadway. The parking was convenient and easy to get in out of town for extra activities we had planned. As other reviewers stated, this is next to the train tracks, but the benefits of the location, easy parking and cleanliness of the unit out way any extra noise. We would definitely stay here again.

Fun weekend in Nashville
I stayed here with my fiance and another couple and we had a blast! The space is nice and comfortable, the bedrooms are spacious, and the kitchen is perfect for a short stay. The distance from Broadway is about a 20 minute walk, so we decided to drive due to the weather, but it definitely would be walkable on a nicer day. Also, the moonshot coffee shop close by was yummy!
