"Very friendly owners, arrived at night there was heavy rain but got picked up from the airport promptly. Because of the weather event I couldn’t go out for dinner so they offered to prepare something to eat for me. The room is basic but clean and for the price excellent value. "

"An oasis off the main beach road that allowed me time to adjust after a late night arrival. Had full breakfast (additional charge) to start the day - well presented and ample. AC, hot water, tv and access to nearby restaurants and of course the beach. "

"Lovely hosts giving you a truely personal experience. Access to next hotel's pool is a nice touch. The room layout was odd but they will be undergoing renovation soon so hopefully reworking the internal layout. Otherwise clean and tidy and nice view of the garden to the beach. Be aware of beach salesmen. Would recommend this hotel."

We booked the room for 2 nights to ensure that it would be ready when we got there and we would not have to wait for a check in time. Planned to check out around 11 PM The that day for our flight. Hotel is listed as right near airport, and had a shuttle. Actually it is about 10 minutes from the airport in a residential neighborhood with nothing around. No restaurants, stores…nothing. "this family lead hotel with 3 rooms is one of the best small hotels that i’ve seen. The rooms are clean and everything works just fine. The owner does the most to make you have an plesant stay. While only new on expedia this hotel is well reviewed on tripadvisor and other booking sites. This hotel is not located in the center of negombo but the hospitality en quality of the hotel makes up for that. Verry good cost to quality ratio."

"The host speaks perfect English and couldn't have been more helpful, giving us tips about the surrounding area, and fetching our bags from a neighbouring hotel. Breakfast was huge and delicious. The only thing that lets this place down slightly is the mattress on the bed wants to roll you off onto the floor, but if you stay in the centre it's mostly ok."

"My stay was totally messed up from the beginning due to American Airlines fouling up everything they touched. Arrived a day and a half late and Mr. Gomaz and his staff rearranged pick up from airport three times by the time things were done. The persistence of his staff in talking to mishandled bags at Qatar (who saved the day) is largely due to the persistence I believe of Mr Gomez and his staff. I can't say enough about the efficiency, the caring and the attitude of both Mr Gomez and his staff. That's what you call a personal touch and believe me, that's a rare thing. You can't go wrong by staying here. I sure hope I can come back to Sri Lanka and if all the planets align and things work out, that will be the first place I go and stay. They offered to arrange tours and everything with the driver but I had a tour booked and so I had to turn down their generous offer. I love breakfast with fresh fruit when I don't have to shop for it, cut it and prepare it. Top notch all around. This is definitely not a mega resort cookie cutter hotel, but if you want personal attention and genuine smiles, you can't go wrong here at all."

"I'm a competitive swimmer. This hotel has a 100 meter pool with crystal clear water. I was in heaven. The rooms were awesome. The view from our room was fantastic. The bathrooms are uniquely designed. The only downside was a very limited menu at the restaurant"
