"Beautiful and peaceful. Loved waking up and going to bed with those big beautiful gumtrees! Comfy bed, and wood heater threw out a massive amount of heat. Miss my verandah spot already! Had a shower with a frog and shared the night with an owl. Thanks Paul and Denise for a fabulous stay! Dogs loved it too!"

"Brown carpet and furniture has absorbed years of cigarette smoke, which hits you in the face on opening the door. Dirt, dust, hair visible on and under bunk beds. Kitchen cabinet doors fell off. Dirty dishes in cabinets. Dead and live cockroaches aplenty. Outside deck was lovely."

"Such a good location with easy access to batemans bay. Lots of clubs around for good meals. The house has pleanty to do for a long stay. Pool was warm. House was very clean and roomy. Kids were more than happy and didnt want to leave. Kitchen had everything. Only thing missing was a lighter for the firepit. Loved it! Would stay again"

"Our stay at Sandy Shores was amazing. The house is set up perfectly for pets with balconies, a secure yard and access from the gate to the 24/7 off leash dog beach with no roads. The back fence is not quite shoulder height and is climbable, but held all our dogs without issue (2 x labrador size and 1 Jack Rusell). There are no holes in the fence for dogs to go under or through and our dogs certainly would have been looking hard for a weakness.. For the people there is an abundance of games such...
