After arriving the boat, we realised that there was no electricity and water. This was fixed after a few calls next morning. "The property was well-maintained, and the rooms were in good condition. Housekeeping services were reliable, with staff attending daily. The food at the main restaurant was satisfactory. In addition, the property features two specialty restaurants offering Bulgarian and Asian cuisine. These require advance reservations; however, when we attempted to book, no availability was offered until after our departure. It would be beneficial for guests to be informed of this requirement in advance, allowing reservations to be made prior to arrival. Beverages were readily available throughout the day, with a good variety on offer, although the quality of the coffee could be improved. The staff were attentive and helpful, and the main restaurant was well-managed, with team members efficiently maintaining cleanliness and order."
