"I was stuck on an elevator for almost 30min and I was never told what sort of compensation or complimentary or anything honestly after the incident. That just asked for our room number. Luckily there were not a ton a drunk people on it or anyone that was unbearable. There were teenagers on there alone and luckily I had someone on the outside who was w that child’s parent who could let them know how they were handling the situation. "

"Enjoyed my stay. Housekeeping was a lil lapse to be charging fees on $100 . Unfortunately my biggest issue was being there at this particular time with Super Bowl & recent terror attack bringing in the National Guards It made for a frustrating time to be a first time tourist "
