This stay has been one of my best hospitality experiences ever! All the staff have been helpful from the moment I walked in til even after I left. Due to the nature of my DJ work (@illeegul), I had to come and check in early and check out late and they were more than accomodating of my scheduling. I even had a product review package that was supposed to come in but it was arriving after I leave the hotel so Gail and Fardeen from reception cooperated with me and the shipper to make sure I get it when I arrive back home to complete my job. Super professional, clean, friendly, welcoming, and understanding. I don't have enough words to describe how grateful I was to stay here. I'm definitely staying here and recommending this spot everytime I stay in NYC!

My family and I enjoyed staying here and would come back. The hotel is clean, very nicely decorated / designed, and family friendly - with multiple social games in the lobby that our toddler enjoyed. The breakfast had excellent options, including bananas and gluten-free muffins (easy to take to sightseeing) and small bottles of milk. Our room had a fridge and microwave, which was very convenient for warming a bottle of milk for our toddler. There is a bust stop a few steps away but the walk to the subway is some 10-15 min walking in an area that seems unsafe at night. Convenient to Uber to Broadway. Overall, we had a great time and would come back.

I attempted to use the Type C charger portal, but when I encountered issues, I decided to visit the Front Office to seek assistance. Unfortunately, the staff member I spoke with was quite rude and unprofessional in her response, which left me feeling quite frustrated. However, I want to emphasize that the rest of the hotel staff we interacted with during our stay were incredibly kind and respectful, making our overall experience much better despite the initial encounter.

The staff at Springfield Suites provide great service. Gail greeted us and checked us in. She was very helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is great but area around it is sketchy. We walked to 21st subway station to get around Manhattan, Brooklyn and New York. It was a great stay but at night be aware of surroundings.

The hotel was great. The area surrounding the hotel was apparently not safe to walk at night so it was necessary to drive, Uber, etc to a different part of town to go out. However, the staff made great recommendations and also offered to call us a car. Day time access to the subway was ok and a short walk.

Very good facilities at this property - breakfast was good with free tea and coffee available all day. Rooms were huge for the area and very clean and good transport links to Manhattan. It’s unfortunate that the area around this property feels unsafe and would actually put me off of staying again - it is not a reflection of the hotel and maybe in the future with some changes around the area it could improve the feeling of safety.

Expedia had it as 2 miles from Central Park it was 4.2 miles and across the river adding a $50.00 cab ride

The property was convenient to Hospital for Special services- I wouldn’t walk around that area at night. There was a food truck, but only burgers. Check in desk couldn’t have been nicer.
