Located on a quiet, residential street, the property benefits from 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, large king size bed and built-in wardrobes. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has a single bed. The rooms are comfortable and tastefully decorated with ample storage and mirrors in each, complete with black-out blinds to ensure the perfect night's sleep.

Upstairs, there is a family bathroom with a full-sized bath and electric shower, and downstairs there is an additional WC.

Unwind and relax in the spacious living room, featuring a large electric fireplace, ambient lighting, super-fast 132Mb Wi-Fi and a smart TV so you can catch up on your favourite Netflix shows in comfort.

There is a large, open plan kitchen/diner with bifold doors leading outside to the patio. Enjoy the wonderful outdoor space and huge modern games room, complete with a 7ft American pool table, dart board and lounging area.

The dining room features a bar (alcohol not included), and a large solid oak dining table with seating for 6. The spacious, fully-equipped kitchen comes with everything you need to enjoy your stay, including but not limited to, a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, microwave, double oven and washer/dryer.

Our property is ideally located for both professionals and tourists, a short drive to Team Valley Retail Park, Metro shopping centre, Newcastle city centre, Queen Elizabeth Hospital, and some of the area's top attractions.
