"Lisa the manager on duty is first class! The staff at check-in top shelf! The vibe and decor of the hotel is California Chic at its best. A mixture of elegant, yet casual comfort with a coastal vibe. The valet team are so courteous and polite. I give full credit to the the operations manager Lisa for running a great operation. The pool are and the views are stunning and the hotel is directly across from Fashion Island with so many dining and shopping options. Highly recommend!!!!"
