This is a three-bedroom, two-bath two-story, 1,260 sq. ft. split level duplex with a peek-a-boo ocean view in a great location with easy walking down half a block to the beach at 28th Street in Newport Beach, and about two blocks to the grocery store.


It has a charming outdoor patio with an umbrella, outside dining for six, a gas grill, and a great seating nook for two where one can steal away and read or catch up with one another.


The downstairs beach-chic great room boasts a well laid-out living room area with two large sofas, one of which has a full sofa bed. A flatscreen TV and a large French door that takes you to the patio round out this room’s amenities.


A dining area for six and a modern kitchen that has everything you need to create meals and snacks for everyone is right next to the living room area so it is easy for everyone to eat and be together inside as well.


The queen primary bedroom is also downstairs. There is a bath with a shower/tub combination, and this bedroom also has a ceiling fan to keep you comfortable and a flatscreen TV to keep you entertained.


There is an additional queen bedroom upstairs in the back as well as a second bedroom with two twin beds. Like the primary bedroom, they each have a ceiling fan for your comfort. They share the second modern bathroom.


Additional amenities include WiFi and cable, a washer and dryer for your convenience, parking for one car in the garage, and a pretty spacious carport that will accommodate all but the largest vehicles.

It was good but then we ran out of tp ,the air system did not work right, we could not close the bathroom window so a guy set on the stairs looking in i had to go askhim to move ,you had to slam the dishwasher door to get it to work and then the party of kids in the upstairs i call youguys you told me the call the police but couldn't give me the number meantime kids where trying to get in the place we rented thinking the party was down stairs to

Beautiful location, thoughtful house supplies, linens, towels, dishes, beach chairs etc. it was very comfortable. Nicely decorated and very spacious. Only thing I would ask is a little all purpose cleaning spray. I just can’t stay in a house for 5 days and not be able to clean a counter or sink without product. The couch smelt like wet dog but I think people come in from the beach and sit on couch with wet suits I think a febreeze would go a long way. I would stay again and just remember to pack myself cleaning supplies.

Great Location and Great for Families
My husband, our two young children, my mom and I all recently stayed at this rental and it was a wonderful experience. It has everything you need and it truly is in the best location like others said. We were able to walk everywhere we needed to go. We had several different folks rent out the unit above this one during our stay and you can very easily hear people walking around when you are on the ground floor. I also had difficulty reaching the owners/company prior to our stay. I sent several messages through the app and several emails with no response. I ended up having to call, but it wasn’t super helpful. I asked if there were any beach accessories (chairs, umbrella, etc) and was told no. I brought my own items and was surprised when we arrived and the house had beach chairs and a beach umbrella. Although, I was super happy the house had everything we needed. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my stay here and would absolutely go back!

Perfect family beach getaway
This place exceeded expectations. We stayed here with our 2 young kids and close drive to Disneyland. Lots to do here. The vibe of Newport is so laid back and everyone is nice. Loved that we were so close to walk to the beach!

Great location
A block from the beach and within walking distance from many restaurants, bars, shops and cafes. Parking is pretty tight and the space is cozy, but it’s pretty obvious that real estate is at a premium here due to the hard to beat location. We’d visit again 100% and are thankful for the opportunity.

Convenient Location, Comfortable Stay
We stayed at this property for a family Disneyland trip. The location was so much better than staying near the park. The beach as a one minute walk down the street. Comfortable beds, clean, enough towels and beach towels. Spaced for a mini van and mid size car in garage and driveway.

Great Weekend
The location was wonderful...close to beach and the pier. We walked everywhere. Appreciated the 2 parking spaces available. The windows provided great ventilation in all the rooms. Since there wasn't A/C, the entire unit stayed very comfortable and even got a little chilly at night. We loved the large gated patio in the front of the unit. Great place to sit, eat, and people watch.
