You’ll be a short walk to the beach, a short drive to world-class shopping like Fashion Island, and John Wayne International Airport is just 6 miles away. Walk down to Newport Beach Pier (.8 miles) and stroll to Balboa Pier. Pier to Pier is about 2 miles and filled with fabulous views. Balboa Park is also fun. It’s a lively oceanfront park and a popular destination for beach activities. Take a ferry to nearby islands like Balboa or Lido, and enjoy meandering the cute streets for a day. Also, Corona Del Mar is another charming place to visit, about a 4.5-mile drive from the home.

The best means of transportation is by car. The home has a 2-car tandem garage for compact vehicles as the spaces are narrow. You can hire private transport (Towncar) if you’re not driving. There are also rideshare services like Super Shuttle and of course curb-ride services like Uber and Lyft as well as taxis.
It’s a 3-story beach house, so guests need to climb stairs.
We provide some complimentary essentials like soap, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, laundry soap, dishwasher capsules, and toilet paper.
There’s no daily housekeeping service, but if you’d like the place cleaned during your stay, that service can be arranged for an extra fee.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the home. Failure to comply will incur a $500 penalty.

- No parties or events are permitted. Excessive noise is not tolerated, especially after 10 pm, to respect the neighbors. The home is equipped with noise sensors that will notify us if the volume at the home exceeds the acceptable level.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.
- NO PETS allowed.
