By Car:
**From Cardiff (Approx. 220 miles, 3.5 to 4 hours):**
1. Start on the M4 motorway westbound.
2. Continue on the M4 until you reach the junction 48 for Carmarthen.
3. Take the A48 to Carmarthen and then follow the A40 to Haverfordwest.
4. From Haverfordwest, take the A487 northbound to Newport, Pembrokeshire.
**From London (Approx. 260 miles, 4.5 to 5 hours):**
1. Take the M4 motorway westbound from London.
2. Follow the M4 until you reach the junction 49 for Carmarthen.
3. Take the A48 to Carmarthen and then follow the A40 to Haverfordwest.
