"The road is discusting for access to rooms and reception. The walls in the room near the front door had water leakage causing bubbles to form on the wall.Thick dust along wall behind bed. The bed itself was comfortable. The bathroom amenities were okay."

Pleasant surprises await.

"Absolutely top notch from start to end. Friendly and efficient check in with a bottle of wine compliments of Silver member. Our anniversary was acknowledged nicely but the biggest surprise was waiting for us in the room with another bottle of wine, chocolates, teddy, balloons and a nice card with warm best wishes for our anniversary. And there were also nice comments on the mirror which we noticed later that night. Spacious room and comfortable bed. Will be our go to hotel in Melbourne. Thank you. "
