If you want a room that's not fussy, cheap and comfortable, for me it meets all the requirements for a decent stay. There is a nice pool, many restaurants in the area. If you don't have a car it's convenient for Niagara transit.

Although I booked for six days. Booking was ignored even though I had expedia booking confirmation that I prepaid for. I was told to cancel booking for refund and charged for four days It took me four days to process claim for refund from expedia. I have been notified that my initial payment will be refunded.
On the third night at 11:50pm ceiling in bathroom caved in . I didnt get a room change till next afternoon.

When I checked in ower told me I was only booked for four nights when I showed him my email confermation that I already paid for six nights. He then proceeds to charge me for four nights and told me to get refund from expedia. Cancelation option for me at check in was not an option. I complained to expedia and have yet to hear from them.
Bathroom ceiling fell down during my second night. I want my refund from expedia cayse property charged me at check in as Ii had no option I had to pay fo Rd 4 nights again.

We booked a queen room with a hot tub but when we got there we were told that it was "under renovation" and so a regular room was provided at a discount. This put a damper on the weekend since we were really looking forward to the hot tub. If you book anything be sure to also call the hotel to confirm the room.
