"This property was super charming and cozy. The location couldn’t be any better- stunning views of the lower Niagara River and Lake Ontario from our room, and easy walking distance to restaurants and shops on Queen Street. "It was a nice stay. Room was clean and tidy. There was no air conditioning or air movement but we found a fan in the closet. Windows were left open. There was sound barrier between owners area and our room (we could hear their tv through our headboard wall as well as dishes clanking). We didnt participate in the breakfast provided. Note- you sit at one dinning room table with all of the other guests which i found to be strange. "

"A lovely property and friendly owners. It exceeded our expectations and we would love to stay here again. Breakfast was fantastic - really loved the homemade scones, banana muffins, beautiful omelets and eggs benedict (it was actually Eggs Royal - even better) Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!!"

Great view and spacious comfortable stay.

"What a lovely hotel. We were lucky enough to get upgraded to a Juliet balcony Fallsview room on the 17th fall. The view off the falls was amazing. We stayed the week before Christmas and everything was very festive. Lovely clean hotel. Looks recently renovated. Room was very big and warm with sofa and fireplace. Comfy bed and pillows. The hotel has a Starbucks, hard rock and handy gift shop. Really close to everything. And right next to Clifton hill. We used the undercover car park which was really handy and reasonable in price."

"Front desk staff were incredible. We forgot a phone charger so we borrowed one for the night. Steps away from Clifton Hill and all the fun. We both had a great time, just wish the indoor pool was open a bit later. "
