"Hotel staff has good command of English. When we arrived and asked about food options, they had a map readily available to guests stating the various types of food around the hotel. Very thoughtful service. Location is opposite Furano train station and there is a supermarket nearby so it is very convenient to stay at. The room and furniture is slightly old. "Somewhat reminiscent of the The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel, owner of this hotel, Takashi made every effort to make our stay an good one. While a little spartan, the hotel was clean and warm, and the futon beds were soft and comfortable. The hotel is well situated about 7 minutes drive from the Tomamu resort.
