"We were able to accomplish our objectives while at the farmhouse. The convenience of the location to what we were in Blue Ridge for made our trip successful. We were able to bring our dog with us which we prefer to do."

"The house is lovely, exactly as described in the listing. Close enough to Blue Mound State Park to go enjoy a peaceful hike, and close enough to town where I could go get a beer and cheese curds. The bed is huge and very comfortable. I spent most of my time reading and just enjoying the calm of sitting on the porch. Also had delicious dinner with some added fresh veggies & herbs from the farm (thank you again!) I hope to stay here another time."

"Visited with my sisters and 2 children under 2. The farmhouse has been nicely redone with tasteful book themed decor, new bathroom features, and appliances. Hosts welcomed us even though we booked short notice. Check-in was a breeze with the door code. Appreciated that check out was easy too with only one or two things to do before leaving. It was down in the 20s and windy while we were there but the house stayed warm. As others have mentioned, the upstairs with the bedrooms tended to be warmer...

Very convenient to Fayetteville, Round Top, Bellville, Brenham and La Grange. Perfect midway point between Houston and Austin. We had so much fun shopping in the area and then just chilling out on the front porch with a glass of wine and catching up. Would not hesitate to book again."
