"Stayed in SP101 loft. The loft was clean and nicely furnished. Please note SP101 has two beds, however one bed is in a downstairs area that is right next to the entrance to the building and it can be very loud when people come in late at night. Also, as someone else mentioned, there is a very bad smell that smells like sewage in the downstairs area. Also, the spiral stairs in the unit rattle, so you will wake up anyone trying to sleep downstairs. The spiral stairs were annoying. Please note...
